Jimmy Hui, President/Chief Executive Officer at The Jimmy Hui Foundation office is very pleased to announce that Michelle Hanly, Director of Recreation and the Quincy Recreation Department and Tom Clasby, Jr., Director of Elder Services at the Quincy Elder Services Department will be hosting their 40th Annual Quincy Senior Olympics begins on Monday, May 6, 2024 through Thursday, May 23, 2024 to opens for the seniors at age 55 years old and older are welcome to sign up and register in the order to participate this event throughout the spring season here in the City of Quincy.
The Quincy Senior Olympics was established in the spring of 1982 under the leadership by Mayor Frank McCauley and the Administration to organize for the spring sports competition here in the City of Quincy.
The 2024 Quincy Senior Olympics is now ongoing registration throughout this spring season until the deadline is no later than on Wednesday, May 1, 2024 directly to the Quincy Recreation Department.

Age Grouping and Medal Policy:

Competition will be judged by age categories in 5-year increments: 55-59, 60-64, 65-69 and so on.

7 or More Competitors in an age group, 3 Medals will be awarded: Gold, Silver and Bronze

4 to 6 Competitors in an age group, 2 Medals will be awarded: Gold and Silver
-
3 or Fewer Competitors in an age group, 1 Medal: Gold
